I haven't played a single game of HoN. But I used to be a wc3 player and I feel the way u feel rigth now. It's all about that moment, that single moment you realize a huge chapter of your life is coming to an end. A chapter with thousands of moments. That single moment you realize you are not a kid anymore. That single moment you realize everything has changed since you have began playing this game. I am sure HoN was something more than a game for you. Maybe even better than a friend. It was there for you when you were feeling anxious or sad about real life problems. It was there for you when everything went fine and u still wanted to chill and have fun playing your favorite game, having some of the best time of your life. We, gamers of past games, understand each other. But you know what? These kind of games will never be removed from our memories. I will always carry all the memories. At the end of the day, they are a part of me. They played a huge role to form my character and who I am today. Thanks for reading it. Cheers to the good old days

I started playing this game in 2011, and played it religiously for years. This was a golden age of gaming. This game got me into esports and twitch streaming. Still to this day, there has never been a stream that was as much fun to watch as MoonMeander back in the day. It was a magical time.

my dad introduced me to HoN when i was a kid and i loved it i now play league but thank you HoN for introducing me to the moba genre and for crafting my childhood i will forever love you

This game man! I played this game only in beta, and i remember when it came out it wasn't free 2 play, and at that time i was just a child, and i couln't ask my parents do buy me a online videogame, they just didn't understand at the time. But in beta, me and my friends we had so much fun, because MOBA was something new for us at the time. I remember as a highlight that some guy with a hook grabbed my friend in to the forest and killed him, we were amazed how good the game was. Then after a year or two i found out that there was something like HoN, a MOBA "League of legends" and i started playing that instead of this. It's just sad that something good died, i'm sad that i didn't at least try it when it entered f2p market. Coming from LoL player, this is just sad news. RIP

2011 when we started playing this game together with my neighbours until I get to college last 2018 I rarely play computer but when I do HoN is the game I play. I remember when I was high school i skipped class almost everyday just to play this game, I was planning to play this game if i already have my own pc but I think it's too late now. I hope one day it will comeback or in mobile just like Wild rift. It is so sad to see the game of your teenage life is gone and I'll always this best MOBA game that I've played. 😭😢
