Mr. Staffan de Mistura is a professional diplomat, he has a great experience in the process of international conflicts. He is an expert who knows perfectly the causes of international conflicts, the Polisario, under the leadership of the Algerian military regime, demonstrated to the UN envoy that it has institutions and that it is a historic country. And that he is at war with Morocco is a scandalous and blatant scenario, because the UN envoy knows everything about this issue, and he studied the file perfectly before going to the region.
