Greenlaw is an important piece to the defense . It was readily apparent that in his absence the defense wasn’t anywhere close to a top tier defense because they were having trouble stopping the run and clearly could not get the opposing offense off the field . They missed his inspiration play and leadership . When he was paired with Fred Warner, the 49er’s had the best LB pairing in the NFL . DL needs an upgrade in DE and DT. The OL needs a bonafide center, guard and tackle . If they pick wisely in the draft and FA can be back in the hunt in 2025 benefitting from a mush easier schedule

Dre’s SO commented on an IG post about him “leaving” the 49ers. 100% false. She clarified that the goodbye party was thrown by friends and wives of other nfl players. They are saying goodbye because their “home base” is back in Texas and that is where Dre trains and spends the offseason. They “legally” don’t know anything in regards to free agency talks till March. Hopefully enough people see this.
