I would put in the Ben Simmons clips to show the comparison. The copyright law that everyone posts who comments over videos explains the comment and criticism part. The video title itself acknowledges the fair use right away and you could put in NBA clips of Ben Simmons. Did the same with Foster Loyer when I made of video of him calling him the next Scott Skiles. I had plays of Scott Skiles in the beginning.

The footage of Simmons would not only would legitimize the comparison but would help educate people on how advanced Scottie is as a ball player.
