Butker is right to some extend.. Women should not put their careers before their homes and families.. If you can't manage both and if your career is before your families..There is something wrong there.. In today's society jobs demand so much but your family should be your priority...unfortunately that's not what is happening today..Because mom and dad or single mom or dad is so committed to your work they don't have time for their families...
