The '18 Lost Jo Kata' - Aspire Aikido London

Hello, my name is Nick Regnier and this is a video we made at Aspire Aikido London Dojo showing a Jo demonstration to replicate the “Lost Kata” or “18 Kata” also known as the "1964 Jo Kata", as shown by Morihiro Saito Sensei on the film footage from 1964 recorded in Iwama by Nadeau Sensei.

I was able to perform this demonstration thanks to Sensei Ethan Weisgard who initially presented a very good video step by step demonstrating this form picked from this old 1964 video footage...
