We get visited by a neighbours cat and keep a few treats along with our gloves scarfs that sort of stuff in the top drawer of a unit in the hallway for him, usually he waits outside to be petted and fed, one day this week I went out shopping, the kitchen window had been left ajar and my wife was in the shower. I had only been gone twenty minutes at most and when I came home the drawer was open the contents spread all over the floor, my wife was coming out of the bathroom and I asked her why there was such a mess, of course she had no clue, just then a yawning, stretching cat slowly walks up the hallway and looks at the mess with a "what's happened here then?" look. gotta love 'em.

When I was a kifd we had a half burmese/half tabby cross. She was a very pretty, very agile and extremely intelligent cat. She could jump great heights, swing on door handles to open them and open kitchen cupboards. She was also a haughty little thing and quite picky.

Sometimes after a sunday roast there would be a few scraps and we'd put them in her bowl only for her to turn her nose up and look mortally offended at being offered our leftovers.

She much preferred to sneak into the kitchen by opening the door from the utility room whilst we were eating pudding, jump onto the kitchen counter and STEAL any leftovers. Apparently this didn't offend her dignity and was much more fun!😼😄

Omg this is the cutest! Love the complex planning between Simon's kitty and Simon's kitten. Also love the way the kitten found a chef's hat on their stolen bounty. These wonderful videos and stories bring a great deal of joy in a very difficult time. Thank you to Simon, his kitties and all the other artists for their beautiful creativity. ❤️💙💓

Years ago we had a massive frozen turkey which we had to leave in the bath to defrost over night. Woke up to find our Siamese had broken into the bathroom and eaten half a frozen turkey. He looked so pleased with himself. Love cats.
