There is one important factor that most creators forget to mention. That 20 000 mAh is maximum to take on flight. If you buy a 27 000 mAh you wont fly with it. For me thats the type of limitation that is the most important so I will always stick with less.
EDIT: Just found out that actually this limit might be 27 000 mAh for some airlines. However in my flights I always seen the restriction to 20 000 mAh

I like the Anker 27, 650mAh, but it's super expensive. You're lucky these days finding it for $149. For $84, there's the UGREEN 25, 000 mAh power bank. It only outputs 200W, not 250W, but let's be honest, why exactly do you need 250W from something that only holds 27, 650mAh of power? Great, you can recharge two laptops from 0 to 39% before it dies! To me, if I'm traveling all day and won't have access to an outlet, I'm leaving my house with my laptop fully charged, which means that even with heavy use, I'll probably get 5 hours out of it and might only need another 2 hours of topped off energy. My phone will probably go all day without needing a charge. I just don't see the need to have 250W of output and I kinda see it as a gimmick. If you really need that much output, then you should also pair it with a much larger battery and you're probably doing all day camping, pairing it with solar panels, etc.
