If you want to listen to the audio as you go, first take a photo, then go back and add the audio to that photo, then continue with your animation.

And my way of mouth animation is a lengthy process, since I do everything on my phone. Also there is no resizing drawings as of now in stopmotion studio pro, so if you have a shot that is farther away you would need to draw a different set of mouths.

I usually use garage band. I also watched some of my stop motions from before my current deeper 13 year old voice and the high voices for people are hilarious 🤣
