CommScope's 2013 MicroDuct/MicroFiber Field Trial, Catawba, NC

This field test trial took place at CommScope's Test Site in Catawba, NC. We used our new 5.5-mm, 48-count micro fiber and 10-mm HDPE micro duct and pulled it into a 2-inch HDPE conduit. The total length installed was 4,500 feet in approximately 20-25 minutes, averaging 180-200 feet per minute.
