i need help i won but the judge low balled my cars value and labor cost the body shop charges more than what she said and she ingored my lost wages and diminished value

I filed an eviction on a tenant who has been long gone. Not sure why I’m having to go to court about this when the lease ended 3 months ago and he’s been gone since then. They haven’t given me writ of possession to go into my home yet. Not sure what the court date is for. I’m confused

My lawyer was assaulted when he went to serve the writ of summon and SOC to the defendant
The defendant even tore the summon. The whole thing was recorded on my lawyer’s phone
A default judgement has been entered against the defendant when he failed to respond within the time period
Now he engages a lawyer to set aside the JID
Does he have a chance to set it aside??
