I REALLY, REALLY wish someone would do an all-out supercharger/turbo 0-60 and 1/4 mile testing for the C8s. Before I spend any money to put on a power adder, I want to know ALL the numbers. Horsepower is one thing, but how does it really perform?!?@🧐 by the numbers...

I would get the zo6 . Make it a bad ass n/a build, full ti exhaust, headers, ported tb’s, flex fuel e85, cid or frank max effort heads and some custom spec cams . Easy 700+ whp n/a!!!!

- 3 inch wider
- Better suspension / handling
- More cooling
- Better sound (subjective)
- Natural aspirated power
- Value will hold over time, if not gain.
- msrp without fancy bells and whistles, same price
- you can add a super charger and push even more hp

Callaway gives you 3year/36, 000mi. warranty with their supercharger. $30k as well. Can pay for 6yr/60, 000mi. warranty.

This engine is not the same as the one in the Camaro SS, it is a dry sump engine and uses a different block. And “400 and something horsepower“, really? It’s not that difficult to look it up and find out it’s 495…

I would rather have the supercharged Stingray but not at the cost. To supercharge C7 was 3.5K-$5K and now they want 25K for C8 ?!?

C8Z06 all the way which is what I did. No voided warranty, better suspension/handling, better sounding, reliability, exterior styling, resale value & N/A.
