Scale factory stock model car builder, Nathan Walker, starts with the color he wants to add to his collection and finds the perfect car to fit. Careful research of vintage dealer documentation for accuracy shows an appreciation of the wealth of options of the era. It's a pleasure to see builders so passionate about their hobby. I to spend a month or more on some builds. I also think those who keep these modeling Competitions going. It pushes the builder to produce such beautifully detailed works of art. And as a builder I get so inspired by the builds on display. As others have commented" These shows inspire young people to enter the hobby, hopefully it will keep the hobby alive for another generation" take care guys, and girls.

Those are some nicely done models. I like your channel because of the diversity of modeling styles, tips and tricks you feature. Not to mention the interviews with the builders. You're never to old to learn something new.

Back about 50 years ago, when I was getting ready to get my learners permit, I went on a quest to get my first car. In early 1967, I saw a '67 Camaro in the parking lot of the apartment complex we lived in. Sure, I had the Hot Wheels Camaro, but this was a real one.
After going through the classified ads, I found one the next town over. I rode my 10-speed over to check it out. It was a Butternut Yellow coupe with a black vinyl roof and bumblebee stripe, 327 with a 4 speed. Sadly, I didn't get the car.

Great interview, liked the tips shared on the antennas! I will have to try that after knocking the antenna off my Beetle about a hundred times 😂

I went to 3k on my real car. I can’t imagine going from 3 to 12k sanding. Eeek. The Results are very nice!
