Sir Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University mai phle scholarship nhi milti thi kuki wo AICTE approved nhi tha but since iss saal PCI scholarship dega to ky milegi scholarship

If I have a EWS certificate of Uttarpradesh and I'm taking Admission in Maharashtra as My EWS certificate will not be valid in Maharashtra and I take admission on General seat.... And I'm Gpat Qualified in EWS category.
So will I get stipend..??

The Last PDF which was circulated by NBEMS they have wrote Qualified in front of my seat Number

Sir main Gpat qualified 2023 qualified hun aur 2023 main he M pharma main admission le li thi us time gpat scholarship milna koi bhi notification nhi aya tha to us time humne NSP Sc apply kiya tha to mujhe mil jygi kya abhi 3rd semester chla hai 1 year main nsp se li aur 2 year ka abhi apply nhi kiya nsp main
