Expensive, hard to come by, and the difficulty was maxed out, the graphics and the sounds were top notch, only, I still barely make it to the second boss but so far, never made it passed it...

As for Super Castlevania IV, it's only a way different animal yet a great game in it's own rights...

I had more fun with the original on the psp. It had a better flow, gameplay, stages, everything worked perfectly.

I don't think it's worth playing unless you get it with the Castlevania Advance Collection. That 20 dollar package is the best deal in the entire gaming industry right now. The three Metroidvania's it comes with are sublime and you get to experience Nintendo's butchered Rondo of Blood imitation, Dracula X. However, if you really want to experience a true masterwork of game design play Rondo of Blood you will not be sorry. If you do decide to play Rondo remember that it came out on a console running two 8-bit processors which is insane. Subbed.

Addendum- If you want a really authentic way to play Rondo of Blood it comes with the PC Engine/TG-16/Core Grafx Mini...if you can find one.
