Could also be that a breast implant was cracked, or through the pressure from the corset a wound opened up on the left breast. Or symbolic for not feeding emotional. (Left breadt covered) or just copying Bianca walking with a pillow covering her breast. Or it is a message to YE, and it's his sweater and he would recognise it.
