How to Draft an application for Condonation of Delay – Time Barred appeal etc – Legal Drafting

If you are going to file an appeal, application, Revision etc but that is not in time and you are late to file the same. You have to file an application for Condonation of delay mentioning the reasons for delay and if the court is satisfied, your delay may be condoned. Appeal file karne me delay ho gaya aur fir appealant ne delay condone karne ke liye civil M.A. file kiya. Uske baad appealant ki death ho gayi. Fir civil m.a. me legal heir record par liye gaye . Uske baad vah civil M.A. ex parte order ho gaya aur Regular civil appeal number mil gaya.
Abhi kya vapas legal heir ka process dobara karna padega kyunki already civil M.A me legal heir record pe laye gaye hai.

I have filed claim 2 month salary with Compensation commissioner Authority under Payment Of Wages Act kpk 2013 . The claim was not in time because employer assured me that my claim 'll be paid. But first time in writing employer denied my claim now so i think cause of action accrued now so i filed claim . If u agreed please reply with case law and oblige
