If you own a rifle or shotgun, you know it's easy to empty the leftover ammo into a drawer, then at some point you just grab from the drawer. It's not like the drawer fills with ammo, it's just a few loose ones, but they won't necessarily match. And two different guns isn't anything. Plenty of mass shooters carry multiple weapons.

The two weapons are a great distraction by a lawyer committing a crime. You shoot the unsuspecting wife with the rifle and then chase the son into the building with the shot gun. What else was he going to do but run and hide after his father shot his mother?

Well a lawyer would know how to represent how a crime should look for reasonable doubt. Plus, he could have talked 1 into shooting the other and then he was eliminated loose ends as a potential witness taking a plea deal. 2 guns explained.

Maybe he killed his son too because the son saw what happened... That's why it's two separate ammunition because it was two separate incidents

Mixed shotgun ammunition is normal for shooting targets or hunting, I bought 3 different types of shotgun ammo regularly when I used to target shoot. I can’t imagine it’s changed much in 30 years. The killer just grabbed the ammo that they had.

Not true alot of people use bird shot for the first shot for a warning shot in home defence and or slugs after .

I want to know why a defendant has the freedom to hold hands with relatives, turn around and talk to people in the gallery & someone gave him TicTaks??? How can he be given stuff while sitting in the defendant’s chair??? No one else would be able to do all these things!!

Ohhh Tentacles from the family. Scary like the movies. Generations of solicitors and major known corruption in counties for decades. So old American and Elitist. I’m surprised his firm questioned him about the missing monies.

The State just has to prove that the victims were killed at different times and that within the time between the killings it is probable that one person could switch weapons and travel from one location of death to another. It’s not as far-fetched as these doubters keep insinuating.

A duck or up-land bird hunter, it is not unusual to have different shotgun shell loads on hand.

If he did these murders crazy he used weapons HE owned & crazy he didn’t think about the old casing that would be on shooting range

In the home defense community, lots of people do alternate bird shot and buck shot in their shotguns.

The family hunted on the property they had guns and hunting rifles laying around. Why is it so hard for some people to believe he could have used 2 weapons?

Many people don't know that circumstances evidence is as important as direct evidence.. No one died or killed by ghost... So if it's not him, then "who"? .... Circumstantial evidence simply deductions reasoning... If he lies about his whereabouts then he must have something to do with the crimes.. It's very simple.... The matter depends on the jurors that they have "common sense" to come to a simple conclusion.. Sometimes it just need a common sense tk sit on the bencg of the jurors
