Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed the United Nations General Assembly for the third time as PM.
He pushed for reforms in the United Nations saying "the world of 1945 is significantly different from today's world. In the 21st century, the requirements and challenges of the present are very different form the past. With the changing times if we don't change, the drive needed to bring change will also get weakens.”
Questioning the role of United Nations during Covid-19 Prime Minister asked, “Over the last 8 to 9 months, the whole world has been battling the pandemic of the Coronavirus. Where is the United Nations in this joint fight against the pandemic? Where is its effective response?”

One of the best speeches to show that India is no less than any developed country in terms of helping mankind. And Here our own people show the Indian Mindset by pulling one down when one has to push forward to project a strong image. Every country has internal problems. When Donald Trump was speaking no one criticized or mocked him for putting his country first. He too had many internal issues burning inside his country. His country men stood with him. Because it was about the people of USA. But we Indians have the tendency to mock our own people. Dear Congressi bhais and BJP dada's This is not about criticizing the speech. He spoke about a valid point where despite being one of the biggest contributors of UN organization's, India doesn't get the importance which it should get. So please just for once let's stand with him.
