Okay so this is part 1 of probably one of the most insane games I've played - Matthias Domination is definitely one of the best ways to get a fast domination game. Before I can spoil part 2 even further - let me just say 1 word: Himiko.

If you have one or two citystate near your starting location Hungary is the strongest domination victory civ.
My best was just a week ago. 111 turn!!
Soooo much fun this civ.
Second Gilgamesh 142 turn.
Third Gran Columbia 146 turn.

Just a tip: playing as hungary "owls of the minerva" is the best choice. Caravans gives you envoys and money for levy.
Vampires are just too slow = not efficient for a fast domination victory.
Tip 2: Kabul is the best citystate.

Spawning next to Pedro while playing Matthias makes my brain bug out because I don't know which green and yellow is which. I think this game made me color-blind
