Bismarck didn't build up the Prussian army, Von Roon did in 1860 when he became Minister for War of Germany, the army doubled in size under Von Roon. Bismarck had that set up for him.

They invaded Denmark after King Frederick VII of Denmark died in 1863, and they wanted to reclaim the German speaking territories from Denmark and so they triggered a war allied with Austria.

He didn't invent a reason to invade Austria, Austria received territory which split part of Prussia up as a reward for helping them fight against Denmark.

They didn't declare war on France because of rivalry, Bismarck doctored documents to manipulate the opinions of the politicians of both Prussia and France. There was conflict over the Spanish throne and who was to inherit it

Prussia already had leadership over the Northern German states as of 1867 after the defeat of Austria, the rest abandoned Austria's attempt to have a sphere of influence in South Germany after their war and joined Germany.

You forgot to mention the main reason of the Franco-Prussia was the fact that Spain wanted Prince Leopold to assume the throne and then France became angered by the thought of being "sandwiched". While Willhelm and Leopold did not really care, Bismarck altered a telegram to "insult" the French and thus provokin a war.
