GNR 990 Henry Oakley is the first small boiler C1 and the only one to be preserved. I guess that the locomotive in the video is the large boiler variant.

The one that ran on the KWVR back in the 70s I believe was actually the small boiler variant Henry Oakley. To much knowledge 251 the large boiler variant hasn’t ran in preservation
