What happens if my AOS is filed before my number DVlottery number is up... my lawyer is ready to send everything in but my number is in the 20000 for AF... so weird, I might have hired the wrong lawyer.

Hello Mr Simon! I really enjoy your videos, great content! I have three important questions:
- If you already won in the past can you win again? (my parents won in 1994, but due to an error in the documents, they've chosen someone else).
- If I'm already 26 years old (not considered a child, not under 21), do I need to be integrated in my parents submission form as a child? The official instructions state that "you must include all children under 21"
-Can we send 3 different submissions? (1 with my dad as the main applicant with my mother as spouse, 1 with my mother as the main applicant with my dad as the spouse and one with me alone).
