Meet Kevin Payton, Supervisor overseeing the Spring Valley Gym and Teen Center for the County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR). There are many job classifications at DPR. Some people work in the field, like volunteers, Park Maintenance Workers and Supervising Park Rangers.
