Over the weekend, I had to replace the instrument cluster lens on a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe and I ventured out to my trusty YouTube to find instructions.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any. I ended up figuring out how to do it, so here’s a video I put together to help anyone else out who ends up being in the same predicament.

Thank you for sharing this. I have a very small vibration triggered clicking sound that is coming from this area and I was afraid the job would be difficult. I shouldn't even need to unplug the cluster, I just want to clean mating surfaces and position a couple small felt dots strategically. Its extra frustrating when the car is perfect otherwise. I'm loving my Santa Fe! Thanks again, you made my day!

I can’t remove the bottom trim piece. It seems stuck in there and there’s no room to pry it outwards

Hey there, do you have an issue starting the car if the mileage is different? Looking at purchasing another cluster as our cluster has issues. But the mileage counter will be different. Will that prevent the car from starting?

Is there a trick to removing the bottom trim piece? There is a little wiggle to it but I can’t slide it out.
