How to Use BTTV Emotes on Twitch (BetterTTV Setup)

This tutorial will teach you how to setup and use BTTV Emotes on Twitch. Better Twitch TV gives you the ability to add custom and popular emotes to your Twitch chat. These emotes can be used and seen by anyone that has the BTTV extension enabled.

You can connect BetterTTV to your Twitch account to choose which emotes are enabled in your chat. You can pick up to 15 emotes to feature on your channel.

so i recently tried this and the "BetterTTV settings" option isnt within the settings anymore, is there a way around this?

I read online that this BTTV disables that obnoxious top bar on twitches homepage with all those autoplay streaming videos. I don't want twitch autoplaying obnoxious streamers. does BTTV not do that??? i dont care about emotes, turn off autoplay
