Of course you could just not eat as there's no hunger bar.

You know if they had a mod for different things such as a shit bar to make survival more realistic. aka bathroom, bleeding, etc I would get it. Poop would just suddenly pop up in an area in your inventory like a certain spot such as armor and you had to take it out or you would slow down, take damage, unable to eat, etc.
