"Wild turkey babies born in the woods, some venture too far. Piper, the sweetest lab ever, brought one to us very gently. Piper will fetch anything from discs for disc golf to ducks to bottles in water to live birds and even baby ducks etc. The baby turkey was reunited with its mama."

I grew up in the Deep South in Georgia and hearing that man's accent and the "thank yeww" just flooded my brain with memories.
In case anyone's struggling to understand him: "Did you find him....hold him. Catch him over here, you go get him out of the woods? Thank you. He needs to go to his momma. Needs to go to his momma. Go on your way to your momma. Dont you wander up there by the woods"

He is so gentle. Once a butterfly came into our house. We tried to drive it out, but our lab, Cheery caught it full in his mouth and shut it inside. We felt hopelessly sad. But the next thing he did brought goosebumps...he sat down and put the butterfly on the floor, and it nicely flew back out in the air.
