Hi Mike - enjoying the videos, helping with my open university degree in astronomy in the UK. However I think you got a bit confused about the 21 cm radiation emitted by the hydrogen atom. Hydrogen has only one electron so you can never have 2 electrons interacting as you describe. The 21 cm radiation involves the relative spins of the electron and proton in an hydrogen atom.
