1.2 is correct that she will be free from an event. I'm excited to use her since I have Welt, so with Luocha she will be a great team for me with SW.

Not losing stacks the turn she uses the skill is probably supposed to mean "doesn't lose stacks until her next turn", otherwise it's like you said, every ultimate would have to be timed with the skill round/within 2 ally turns which is a little odd. Makes me think of Asta not losing stacks after ultimate. If that's really a text mistake, she could go kinda slow on vonwacq with a faster team to potentially get more out of the buff. Gaining energy on ally turns would suggest this too, but at the same time this is looking like AoE tingyun instead, which would make her skillpoint hungry and require a lot of speed tuning... maybe with traces and eidolons it will all make sense and come together.

SW Loucha Yukong Fu Xuan maybe? Would need a dps SW though, but I think Fu Xuan and Loucha has really great synergy.

i kind of like the fact yukong skill only affects 2 allies or in the case of selee 1 ally cause selee is selfish but also the buff ends at the end of the allies turn so that means for someone like selee she can be buffed for a long time so long as her turn never ends making yukong better for selee than say tingyun or even bronya. also ults do not count as a turn as they do not consume a turn and can be used whenever
