I recommend for beginners to grind for a mech called arachnos and then get longarm 8. The mech is amazing for the start and mid play during your mech arena career and even as a pro I see loads of people just standing at the back with arachnos sniping us with longarm or raining missiles down using rocket mortars

You need to plan out your moves strategically so you can escape alive

Redox is the one mech besides maybe paragon that I fail to see the point of. The damage of its ability is welcome to finish off someone when reloading, but low, and the slowing effect is so little compared to what guardian or Zephyr offer (guardian even having the same firepower at equivalent upgrades) caustic may prevent enepies from running away, but it wont prevent them from blowing up the squishy Redox.

Yeah, just the downside is missed in this spotlight is low health, I mean first it looks like wow thats a lot like a tank but as we rank up juggernaut, Brickhouse and Ares, we see that redox is squishy as compared to 5 star mechs (not including the child of Zephyr and Killshot)! Well Im thankful that redox is not totally OP for its cost! Gotta buy it when Ill done with everything essential ranking up in my hanger!

I think that if Redox had the same HP as a maxed out Gaurdian, and if its ability would deal double the amount of damage as it does, than I would say that this would be the ultimate tank destroyer.

Redox is perfectly balanced considering the price since its a prototype but I think it could use another little buff on speed and health. Surge is also well balanced in the price range but it is super squishy.

I will be as honest and polite as I can to describe redox, even though it has a lot of energy capacity and its ability is useful it does not help you much if you are so slow and soft
