one of the best ways to pack is to organize by the purpose of the item as a generalized title so like food and anything related to food such as tools to make the food etc...

i've moved many times now. The best advice i got for you is to cut your packing into different jobs.

Example: spend a day packing all your hobby items you won't need and aren't super important, then your nicknacks, then your clothes, stuff like that, etc. If you think of it as "packing everything at once" its going to be nerve wracking.

College will be fine, just focus on class and don't lean too heavy into socializing with temporarily in your life types of people.
