The 2021 Nissan Rogue comes with a 10-speaker Bose sound system on the SL with Premium Package and Platinum models. Those familiar with Bose systems in Nissans will be immediately familiar with the interface and sound quality in the Rogue. It's nothing outstanding but nothing offensive.

I have a 2021 Rogue Platinum and for the first few thousand kilometres the sound system was fine if not great. Then one day a notice popped up on my screen asking if I wanted an “upgrade” to the sound system. I clicked yes and the sound system went from fair to fantastic. Setting the fade control one turn to the right and I am now getting complete surround sound and at a volume that blows me away. It’s the best sound system I’ve ever had and I’m 71 years old and have been driving since I was 16, music always being a top priority for me. I sometimes just sit in my car just to listen to the music, it’s that good.

I'm really eyeing the Acura TLX with the 17 speaker ELS system thanks to you guys! Audio is apart of my top 3 reasons to buy a car. If it doesn't bump or slap haha I don't even give it a second thought 🤣. Quick question though, how is the volume in the ELS system? I want to test drive one but I enjoy my music that can literally move you to add another element of an immersed listening experience.

I was listening to it on my Bluetooth Bose Sound system at home. To my ear, it sounded a nice clear rounded sound. It seemed to have a nice punchy bass, clear mid and a crispy top. Perhaps it is possible to get an upgraded sub woofer, with a little extra punch. Great review.

I was looking for info about sound quality. Didn't find it here. Frankly I get better sound quality on my iPad watching this than I do in my Nissan platinum.

10:30 you can adjust the auto light settings in most nissan in the gauge cluster settings

I have a 2021 rogue platinum and find that there isnt enough lower end in the bose 10 speaker system even with bass set at maximum. the system is focused on delivering from the front and i had to double check to see if they installed a sub! love the car but wish there was more way to customize sound

I have the same exact car just a different color sl edition. I don't knowbhow you have the setttings but the way I jave it set up eith the bass enhancer every morror shakes and my friends think there is a giant system in the car . You can definitely hear thr bass thump in yhr outside back of thr car amd the front outside then you have the option to do the personal lisnyeong space. So I really dont know what you think is meh about it

Actually I have a 11 speaker 2009 Murano sl Bose auto system.. Through my android phone audio equalizer, sorry I don't have a clue on a ISO system, I'm not an APPLE FAN!! You can increase, or enhance my audio output on the bose. The phone equalizer give the all around Bose a quite significant boost from the surround HD android audio system. But be careful the boost is big, be careful you might blow the subs on low heavy end bass like in rap songs. That's why I do not listen to people this dud who are not an audio person. If he was he would know how to increase the Bose system using your CELLPHONE. SHEEEES I should do a YouTube on how to enhance a car Bose system using your android phone.

When you said it sounds slightly above average to average, do you mean in terms of ANY car speakers, or Bose speakers?

I really care so much about the sound system, and I like this car but the Mazda CX5 Seems to have a much better audio. I listen to music all the time and I do not want to make the wrong choice
