So cool to see your grandad's mindset and approach at 80 ❤

Man, it is super interesting to see the difference in how your granddad carries himself and compared to some of my relatives and in-laws who are younger than him but don't exercise. If he put a ski mask on I would not be able to tell that he's his 9th decade of life. Inspiring stuff.

I don't care how fast I can run when I'm 80, but having Bob's mental sharpness would be sick. Somehow I feel it'll correlate with how fast I can run though.

Amazing. I've been feeling a bit over the hill at 40 lately. This really helps reframe that

Very cool! I started running at 68 and at 74 I'm planning my first marathon for 2025. Did my first half last year. It's given me back all the energy and mobility I'd been losing the last couple of decades. Can't imagine life without it now.

Very inspiring to see this. I have subbed. Thank you for sharing your grandfathers journey. I just lost my GF at 87 years old and I wish he had been this active in his past years.

This man reached bad ass, and then kept going. Not sure the English language has an appropriate word for him.
