they replace the sugar with stuff that is worst for you, like

oh its zero sugar so its healthy, that doesnt mean anything theres still flavoring thats probaly chemicals

you cant really classify it as water bc it has a WATER BASE

soda is carbonation syrup and a WATER BASE so is sode water

juice is fruit extract/concentrate and water and flavorings, (this includes healthy juice) its not water
