thanks for the tutorials Trevor, extremely helpful, just a hint for those using Python 3 to follow along..

print function has been replaced in with print ()

so print x in this example would become: print (x)

found this out after a little bit of frustration with using print only =)

I like that you don't use a lot of jargon, but rather terminology where applicable. This combined with clear explanations on the uses of keywords, functions, etc...makes learning the language more comprehensive for beginners.
