Gripe water is not my favorite for babies. Here's why...

3️⃣ Finally, if all else fails, try Nat Phos 6X, a mineral salt that is naturally found in our cells. Because some newborns may have insufficient levels, supplementing with this can be a game changer. 🙌 I also love that the only other ingredient is lactose, the sugar naturally found in breast milk.
