Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! Strongest Punch

Mike Tyson's Dynamite Uppercut is 4th because you can block it and still have 1HP left, so it does 95 damage when blocked, and blocking punches takes 8HP away, so an unblocked punch does 103. The top 3 punches knock you down even when blocked, so they do at least more than 103 damage.

tyson have both the strongest punch and the weakest punch in the game, nintendo did actually capture his fighting style very well because he's somehow a early game menace.

Can't wait for the wii rankings. Also maybe someone can do a list for the frame data ranked? For a series that relies heavily on timing things i'm surprised how rarely frames are talked about and I can never find any documentation on frame data in these games. So what if it isn't a fighting game like Tekken, that's not an excuse! I might make a frame video myself if nobody else does.

Didn't know that Mike Tyson's punches varied in damage depending on the round, but it makes a lot of sense. All I know is every precious sliver of health counts, so I just get out of the way! 😆

Makes sense that Tyson is not number 1, you can actually survive that punch if you block at the right moment. But since there are so many punches in a row that's hard to dodge, it can still be considered the deadliest attack.

But one thing I've never understood is how Bald Bull can charge up so much power in a single punch by skipping forward? Try that in real life, it only looks ridiculous. His Bull charge in the Wii version makes more sense.

Huh, never knew King Hippo had a OHKO in his arsenal. I guess my fights with Hippo typically never lasted long enough to see it, whether it was my very first fights against him (which I lost quickly) or just about every fight since (which I _won_ quickly).

At what point of the fight does Hippo pull out this special overhead punch, BTW?
