And not only that, but he (and Mihawk) absolutely SMOKED everyone he faced against. Maybe even a 3.5 billion bounty for the Tyrant is fair, just below Mihawk. With the recent chapters and all the mysteries surrounding him, I'm prone to belive that he is even stronger that he looks.
