Article 6 he was born /parents were born/grandparents were born under G.O.I &
Migrated to India before 19/7/1948
Migrated after 19/7/1948 should give an application and should live 6 month before giving application

Article 7
Migrated to pay after 1/3/1947 (not Indian)
Then give application after being 6 month resident

He was born/parents were born/grandparent were born
Ordinary residence outside india
Registered with consultant and diplomats

Article 9
Not a citizen
If voluntary acquire a foreign citizenship
No dual citizenship

Article 10
Deemed once so don't to prove again unless disqualified

Parliament will see citizenship act after 26/1/1950
