Emma u don't have to get rid of sweets all together cold turkey because depriving yourself to quickly u will cave or binge just eat them more moderately or every so often and it will become a habit...or just drink decaf coffee I do and it helps the cravings.. Good Luck!!! 😊🙏🏻❤️

Hi Emma, I’m not saying this will happen to you, but when I first started working out and loving the gym I became so obsessed with eating healthy, “cutting fast food, ” and sweets. However this ending up leading to an eating disorder because I became super engrossed in it and it took over my life focusing on what I eat. I never thought this would happen to me, but it did. Just be cautious! Wishing you the best ❤️

I have PCOS and major hormonal imbalances. I eat on a 2000 calorie deficit 5 days a week and eat whatever I want on the weekends. I make sure to walk at least 30 minutes a day and do 30 minutes of low intensity weight lifting. You can eat sweets but just moderate it and same for everything else, eating in moderation has helped me so much. You should definitely look into Pilates! I go to planet fitness and do it there with a yoga mat and weights. I started this journey in August and am now 8 pounds down!! It best to do everything like this as healthy and realistic as possible or it will not be sustainable!! 💘💘💘

Hi Emma! I have struggled finding a good healthy balanced diet with my stomach illness and have had to cut back on my sweet treats as well, but doing it cold turkey will not work coming from experience. You can totally find alternatives for sweet treats and there are so many good alternatives out there that are healthy and low sugar. I really like rice cakes with healthy peanut butter and cinnamon on top, maybe with a little bit of banana slices. You can also make protein balls those are my favorite as a sweet treat. Also gluten free cookies with low sugar won’t hurt you at all, easy to make at home too. It’s all about moderation, no need to cut what you love out completely :) also as a coffee drinker myself, I have switched over to drinking matcha lattes which are a hit or miss for people but it also has caffeine in it too and is a better alternative.

my boyfriends mom is an obgyn who specializes in endo care i would 1000% reccomend magnesium glycinate from pure and also their multivitamin. i have seen such an improvement in my health. also drinking teas like chamomile and tumeric ginger are really great for anti inflammatory

you should do vlogs on touring apartments!! obv if you don’t feel comfortable showing where you move in that’s okay lol but showing the process would be interesting because it’s definitely not a one and done thing. also just try to make healthier options for sweets like instead of chocolates and baked goods, get a ninja creamy and make your own ice cream, or substitute with chocolate covered fruits!! happy new year

I loved this video you did and when you were explaining your in and outs I enjoyed listening to what they were and as well as your new year resolution and which one of my new years resolution is to wake up in the morning time and make my bed bc the last year I would never do it so this year I just want to keep on doing that so I won’t forget it🥰🥰❤️❤️👍🏾

Hi! I have also been struggling with too many sweets, so I had been loving apples, some peanut butter (I actually use sunflower butter since I am allergic to peanuts lol) and some chocolate chips. It’s so good and completely stems my cravings for sweets, since it gives me that little bit of chocolate but also the healthy fats from the nut butter and the good vitamins from the apple.

I truly don’t think cold turkey has ever worked for anyone. Being healthy doesn’t mean that you never have a sweet. It’s about doing what’s best for you and if you feel like eating a chocolate that’s totally ok! Most ppl who go cold turkey will end up binging after a few weeks!!
