I remember this episode. Nene was the project manager for this task and they lost. Nene explained in the boardroom the reason she chose Dionne for elimination was because Dionne left early when it came time to edit the video, which is true. Dionne just said she was leaving to go sleep because it was like 1 AM or something and she was tired. Well if the entire team is working at 1 AM, then she should also have stayed. I'm sure everyone else was tired as well. Dionna never asked if she could leave; she just up and left. So, imo, Nene didn't do anything wrong. Dionne took it personal, but it's business (and just a tv show).
