I've been back to regular yoga practice & meditation in the past couple weeks On Thursday I felt compelled to make some tea with fresh lemon balm, lavender, lemon thyme & rose petals. I also got my husband walking around the gardens barefoot with me Thursday... The momentum is palpable but the trick is to take tiny sips (credit Susan Lynn) of news & so-called reality whilst staying present in now.
Today though... oh so much energy. But grounded, useful energy, not the jittery kind. We got up at 4, had avocado toast by 5 & was outside at first light. Long story short we've both worked (& played) like we did 10 or more years ago (we're 62 & 63) without aches or pains or fatigue. It truly feels as though we've travelled backwards in time!!

Love your channel and this message. I use Vedic astrology but follow western too. My moon is in Aries and 1st house Aq. I love what you said about honoring our paths and what we’ve been through. This has been coming up for me a lot the past few weeks. Also your comment about those of us who may have felt or been outcasts. Working through this as well and finally feeling like I can be me again So much has surfaced for me about myself and my past traumas and how I’ve been taught to hold it all together. I am just 5 minutes in it Iris but i decide to write my personal experience with Eris before it is influenced by your video. I am born during a new moon in Aries conjunct Eris and in 2004 i discovered that the story of my life is becoming confronted with the consequences of my intentions very fast. It taught me to purify my intentions at all times. The sooner i let go of impurities in my feelings, thinking and deeds, the better it is for my life. So for me Eris is about letting go! And i didnt know Eris or astrology when i first worded this principle publicly in 2004 which is the year Eris was discovered. But i am sure that this is what Eris is about: She confronts you wiyh the consequences of your actions! But if you purify your intentions she becomes helpful! I hope this helps to clarify what Eris is about Iris. Now i am going to listen to you. Good luck Iris!
