Graphite transfer, mixed media greeting card

An easy little technique to create depth & texture under watercolour. Also a great way to get around drawing from scratch if your not keen on it 😉

This is a birthday card for my nephew who's really into war history & flying.

* Print out your image - sized to your working surface (I used a blank watercolour card)
* Use pencil to colour the areas of your image that you'd like transferred
* Cut it out (if you want, just helps line it up on your surface easier)
* Place your image, pencil side down, onto your surface
* Scribble on the back, don't be afraid to press hard!
* Voila! Paint, colour, collage, embellish any way your imagination would like
