Tow companies need to be looked at for the pricing of tows also. A little over 2 years ago, i had an accident and Elite Towing towed my vehicle to their storage yard (less than 10 miles) and the next day to the body shop (also less than 10 miles) and charged my insurance $2400.00 My adjuster looked into this and was told Oregon does not regulate tow companies prices. They can charge whatever the he$$ they want.
