good video, need more materials than shown in the beginning. 8 redstone repeaters for four modules (2 repeaters per module), and two buckets of lava, and regular rails and powered rails for the chunk loader. If you plan to use another portal to get to the stronghold and back, besides the chunk loader, you will also need the obsidian for that. Also, doubling the amount of resources for the chunkloader would be a good idea

its works so well that the amount of items that it transported to the end caused my game to take three hours to load the end if your doing four of them I would reccomend a bigger item storage that insta stores all of them or else they will just pile up and crash your game

shouldi just build another chunk loader if my sand duber isnt in a whole chunk?

Not sure what problems folks are having in recent versions. The duper itself works on 1.19.2 Paper server (assuming you do the extra work to allow sand duping). Runs perfectly on 1.19.3 Fabric server with no modifications. I did make my own chunk loader using a different design.
