Hamilton County Sheriff's Office employee arrested on domestic violence charges

BLUE ASH, Ohio (WKRC) - An employee of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office was arrested, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
Dwayne Ballard was arrested Monday in Blue Ash for an allegation of domestic violence.
According to court papers, Ballard and a woman fought over a phone. Children in the home on Hunt Road ran to the neighbors to call police.
The woman said Ballard threw her into the wall and bit her.
Ballard is assigned to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Court Services Division.
Hamilton County Sheriff's spokesman David Daugherty says Ballard has been placed on administrative leave with pay while his case is pending.
Ballard signed a protection order while in arraignment. A judge allowed him to leave jail without posting bond.
