Be amazed that not only is the watch advertised to you not available, there is not even a single men’s watch available in store for you to buy or order and that the staff actually laugh at you for enquiring about it.

Wanted to get a sub to celebrate a promotion but the AD sniggered and told me that it was a “long wait”. I walked out into the Omega boutique where I was treated with the utmost respect. Got myself a seamaster and haven’t looked back since.

If Wilsdorf was alive today, he wouldn't allow any AD to sell watches to the grey market. 'Bundling' wouldn't have existed. The brand would've had higher respect. People would be able to afford such watches, to achieve their goals.

I had always dreamed of owning a Submariner since I was in my mid-twenties in the 1980s when I scuba-dived as part of my job. I couldn't afford it then. I have recently retired at the age of 65 and wanted to obtain my dream. I went into an authorised dealer and they were amazing and helpful. They got me a Submariner Date in exactly two weeks. I am so happy.

Just got my 124060 last weekend. Received the call from my local AD after waiting 10 months. Not bad really. Gave me plenty of time to think and make sure this was the ONE. It’s absolutely stunning and well worth the wait.
