Cherry blossoms in full bloom in Tokyo

Tokyo residents flocked to take photos and admire cherry blossoms in full bloom along Meguro River on Mar 30. This year's sakura reached their flowery peak earlier this year than at any time since formal records started being kept nearly 70 years ago, with experts saying climate change is the likely cause.

Absolutely beautiful. Also I look at this from New Zealand where we are covid free. Much more difficult for Japan that has a higher population. Yet they go with social distancing without the political inanity of America. Well done Japan!
