Honestly I’m annoyed that people only use the sneeze fear as Saitama’s strength. Like, the impact of his punch with Garou’s before he began to grow in power destroyed thousands of stars and solar systems. A planet is nothing compared to that. There is a difference between uneducated OPM fans and people who actually read the fucking manga and know his strength.

All of Saitama's fights are legendary, and the anime itself is very wonderful, but the anime lacks some sadness, but the fight between Garou and Saitama was complete because Saitama mourned Genos' death, and literally it was one of the best fights in the world of anime, but the moment of Garou's death was very touching.
